Responsibilities:
The Program Manager is responsible for developing and implementing customer solutions utilizing Stanley Engineering's precision machining capabilities in milling, turning, and precision assembly as well as engineering services.
Critical Elements:
Customer Management:
Build and maintain customer relationships through continuous contact and/or customer visits as needed.
A' Identify customer requirements, internal deficiencies to those requirements, and propose solutions to Manufacturing Management.
Identify accurately the needs of the customer and provide a written proposal to the Customer for the program working together with Operations, Engineering and Quality.
A' Lead product and customer to optimized solutions.
Provide timely and frequent communication with customer and internal team throughout program to ensure objectives and customer expectations are met.
Work with finance to qualify customers for appropriate terms and identify potential credit issues.
Program Management:
Identify new opportunities and communicate to the management team, equipment and capabilities required to meet program deliverables, identified at quoting stage, including any required outside resources that may not be appropriate for the Company to perform.
Lead the team during the life of the new program through active communication internally and externally.
A' Identify and manage risks associated with each customer and each program as assigned.
Lead the resolution of any outside vendor issues.
Provide a final program report that accurately compares new program requirements to program actuals.
A' Provide input to management on changes required to insure the success of future programs.
Stay current on new technologies and opportunities.
Assist as needed on program's manufacturing, engineering and fabrication.
Demonstrate cooperation and teamwork with co-workers, management, and outside contacts.
Promote a positive environment through what is said and by setting an example.
Education/
Experience:
A' BS in engineering, manufacturing or related technical disciplines and 10 years experiences in complex program management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills:
A' Program management skills demonstrating the ability to manage risk and resolve conflict.
Must have demonstrated ability to apply your knowledge of mechanical engineering, machining, metrology instrument and experimental techniques in developing customer solutions.
A' Must be able to resolve complex manufacturing problems and troubleshoot manufacturing/production systems.
A' Must be able to read and interpret detailed drawings, be proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite and have strong interpersonal, integration, business and technical skills.
A' A' Knowledge of CAD and CAM desirable.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US PersonA' as defined by 22 CFR.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
