Digital/Email Marketer and Writer

In this position you will:
- Track email campaigns, segments and accurately maintain multiple email lists.
- Use Google Analytics or other reporting tool to understand campaign effectiveness
- Make changes and recommendations based on analytic findings
- Create and distribute marketing email campaigns; track and report effectiveness.
- Test variations of emails and measure results
- May help to write email content, blog entries and contribute to overall strategy for online reputation management, and maintain editorial production calendars for all digital content.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing content and implementing strategies in response to analytical findings.
You should have:
- 2-3 years of email marketing experience including implementing AB testing
- Experience with Google Analytics, reporting tools and custom dashboards
- Exceptional writing skills, copy and prose
- Website management experience
- Experience with Mail Chimp, Constant Contact or other email deployment tool
- Experience deploying multiple emails/week and large volumes of emails
- Desire to work collaboratively and continually achieve higher levels of accountability
- Actively participate in an entrepreneurial-minded, results-oriented team
- Ability to think analytically and evaluate marketing effectiveness using online and offline metrics
- Must be a dynamic, highly-motivated, self-starter
- Experience leading campaigns a plus
- HTML and CSS editing ability helpful
