Mt. Royal Management is seeking a Groundskeeper for our apartment community in Glen Burnie, MD. We are looking for someone who finds great enjoyment in working outdoors. This position is responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our grounds, amenities and common areas within each building. Assisting the Superintend/maintenance team and Property Manager with various tasks. As well as, reporting unsafe conditions and maintenance concerns to the management team. This position is full time, Monday- Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Benefits are offered.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
