Core Responsibilities
50/50 mix of project and break/fix work.
Education and Experience Requirements
3-5 years of technical experience with 50% being remote support
Working knowledge of all Microsoft operating systems
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
Technical Requirements
Understanding of network topology (LAN, WAN, DNS, etc.)
Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, routers and wireless devices
Strong virus and malware removal skills
Technical certifications (MCITP, CCNA, etc.) a plus
Knowledge of HyperV

Other things to note, the qualified candidates must be willing to work in an external consulting environment meaning driving to client sites as well as working from home. This job is not office based.
The candidates must be willing to do break/fix work. Have a good handle on server stand up and HyperV. The positions provide a 50/50 mix of project and break/fix work.
