An architectural manufacturing company in Glen Burnie, MD is currently seeking a full charge bookkeeper to join their team. The company is over 100 years old and their products and services are recognized worldwide. This is a full time permanent opportunity offering $45-$55k annually.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Journal entries
- Profit and Loss
- Job costing
- Month, quarter, and year end reports
- Assisting with tax preparations
- Keeping records of deposits
- Managing credit requests and applications
- Reconciling credit card and checking accounts
- Coordinating benefits with insurance brokers
Working hours: 9:00am-5:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm
The ideal candidate will possess:
--5
years of bookkeeping experience
--Experience handling confidential information
--Experience managing others
--Experience working with accounting software
--Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
--Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
