Job Description
The Network Service Delivery team is looking for Junior Level and Senior Level Unified Communications Engineers. Theses positions will support Skyline Technology Solutions internal operations and various Network Service Delivery clients.

Core Responsibilities
UC Engineer - Client Facing
Design and implement Cisco VoIP PBX solutions
Identify hardware requirements; dial plan strategies, and implementation / migration strategies in compliance with existing change control and security processes / requirements
Maintain existing customer infrastructure
Develop and document standard processes for implementation and design regarding typical VoIP systems and augmentations.
Respond to emergency outage situations; participate in on-call rotation, work non-standard hours when necessary to support operational requirements
Support hybrid Traditional PBX/ VoIP solutions
Maintain industry awareness and vendor specialization compliance

UC Engineer - Internal
Maintain, upgrade and improve Knowtion Group's internal UC systems

Network Engineer - Client Facing
Support day to day operational needs for customer infrastructure
Perform provisioning as requested by customer
Implement projects as requested by customer

Maintain Technical Industry Certifications

Education and Experience Requirements
5+ years Unified Communications Experience
3+ years Cisco Call Manager (CCM) experience
3+ years Cisco Unity Connections (CUC) experience
Experience with Cisco routers and switching and Voice Gateway (VGW) required
Experience with Cisco Unified Presence Server (CUPS), AVAYA/ASTERISK, VMWare Unified Contact Center Express preferred
CCNA/ CCNP Voice Preferred
B.S. in Information Systems or related Field desirable
Project Management/Technical Leadership
IT Operations Background
NOC, Maintenance & Support, Networking, Server, Hosting etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
