Responsibilities:
Collaborate with dentists and specialists to create personalized treatment plans for patients based on their needs and goals.
Communicate treatment options, procedures, and associated costs clearly and effectively to patients.
Address patient questions and concerns regarding treatment plans, financing options, and insurance coverage.
Coordinate scheduling of appointments for recommended treatments and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to treatment plans and financial arrangements.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive patient experience throughout their dental journey.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental setting, with a strong background in treatment planning and patient coordination.
Proficiency in dental terminology, procedures, and treatment modalities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience with dental software systems (Dentrix) preferred.
Commitment to delivering compassionate care and building lasting relationships with patients.
Certification or training in dental assisting or dental office management is a plus.
