Job Description General Summary Delivers excellent service by providing professional, attentive and compassionate service ultimately assuring the customer's needs are met.
Assists and supports HR front desk/reception with scheduling, document collection, and helps with walk-ins.
Performs office duties such as typing, filing, and data entry.
Assist HR Coordinators with scheduling, document collection, and helps with triaging walk ins.
Responsible for taking photographs, inputting employee data, printing and issuing identification cards, collecting money for lost IDs, and collecting, record money received from students and/or staff.
Updates vehicle registration/parking violation databases, updating employee Kronos and Lawson systems.
Manages and orders supplies for identification system.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications This position will be fully onsite, Monday - Friday 7:

Education And Experience High School diploma or equivalent required.
One-year front office/receptionist or customer service experience required.
Entry level HR experience preferred, but not required Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent customer service skills, good problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask are required.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to deal with repetitive tasks.
Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
Sound judgment and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Working Conditions Fast paced; may be exposed to frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
Must be able to perform office duties such as typing, filing and data entry.
Involves standing, walking and climbing stairs.
Potential for minimal exposure to communicable disease and hazardous materials, requiring the observance of standard (Universal) precautions and safe handling practices.
This position has been classified as low or no exposure risk and does not require the completion of an annual testing, but may require just in time testing if the need arises.
Physical Requirements Requires sitting approximately 70% of the time; frequent standing and walking.
Moderate bending, lifting, reaching for and carrying supplies weighing up to 15 lbs.
Requires manual dexterity for operating keyboard and office equipment.
Requires visual acuity to view computer monitor, and read documents.
Talking and hearing necessary for communication with patients, family members, staff and visitors.
