Retail Sales Associate - Floral Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, all while spreading the joy of flowers to as many individuals as possible.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is friendly and extraordinary.
Assist customers in-store with their floral and product selections, offering expert advice and guidance.
Accurately handle point-of-sale transactions with precision and efficiency.
Handle incoming phone calls, guiding customers through the floral buying process with attentive listening and effective sales techniques.
Uphold the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the sales floor, as well as manage inventory levels.
Ensure proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation on all floral orders.
Perform other necessary duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales is highly valued.
Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service, coupled with a commitment to perfection.
A team-oriented attitude, characterized by kindness and compassion.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to remain calm and tactful when facing challenging situations.
Possess a friendly, outgoing, and positive demeanor.
Basic proficiency in computer skills.
Knowledge of florals or experience in the floral industry is beneficial.
Working Conditions:
Full-time schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
Regular lifting of objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
