Experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities is required.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH AN INDIVIDUAL THAT USES HOYER LIFT AND WHEELCHAIR As a Direct Support Professional/Staff DSP, you will care for adult individuals with developmental disabilities.
You will assist them with Medication administration, cooking, transporting them to and from work/doctor appointments, cleaning, laundry, shopping and etc.
You will be responsible for completing daily paper work to include attendance, activity/goal forms, and etc.

-Valid/unexpired or non-suspended certified medication technician license (CMT) to administer prescription drugs to the disabled individuals -pass a criminal background check -valid/unexpired CPR and First Aid certification for adults -Valid Driver's license REQUIRED; and you must be at least 21 years-old.
-You must be compassionate, understand that disabled individuals have the same rights as those without disabilities, possess a non-confrontational or non-aggressive personality, be professional, dependable, and responsible.
